| Each aspect of the mentoring program will be continually evaluated to assess the needs of the mentors and mentees and adjust accordingly. At the conclusion of the program, there will be an evaluation survey and the mentor program committee will receive a debriefing on the results of the survey and the success criteria of the program as a whole. |
