| Classically trained in voice, performance and musical theater, Dr. Radin utilizes this expertise to shadow her clients, gaining a lens into their world from their perspective. This knowledge and vantage point is the foundation to help clients discover and develop their own individual leadership identity and style. |

| In private practice as a trial consultant, Dr. Radin has coached criminal defense lawyers on how to select and engage the jury as an audience and pay attention to critical data beyond legal expertise. Using the same methods, she now trains leaders in engagement and influence. |

| Dr. Radin supports her clients to push beyond the rational and logical in their thinking. Clients will typically state goals that they already know how to accomplish. Dr. Radin pushes them to go for the ideal solution instead. |

| Dr. Radin believes leadership development is a multi-dimensional process that must be looked at systemically. It’s not enough to simply work with leaders one on one. Only when coaching goals are aligned with specific company goals and objectives can real results for both the leader and the organization occur. |

| All clients must develop success criteria and deadlines to achieve them. They literally create a business plan for their own leadership development. Goals are reviewed and agreed by the client’s supervisor to ensure alignment with corporate goals and department buy-in. |

| During the leadership engagement with Dr. Radin, clients will be challenged to try approaches outside their comfort zone and take risks. Part of this process is examining integration. Dr. Radin’s philosophy is “leadership is not compartmentalized. Who you are as an individual is who you are as a leader-across all contexts of life-work, community and family.” |
