| Incubators are a great tool designed for women to cultivate ideas, brainstorm, build a community of influence with other professional women and innovate. |

| Each group is carefully matched according to interest, experience, professional industry and goals for the incubator. Women opt to participate in an incubator for a variety of reasons ranging from an interest in launching their own business, a desire to write a book, exploring innovative changes they would like to make in their organizations or industry, a need to think about how to create more impact in their world - either at work or in the community. |

| Incubators consist of 10-15 women and meet once a month for a two-hour session over a period of 4-6 months. These sessions are facilitated by a certified executive coach with an expertise in the development of women. |

| Specialty incubators are available for entrepreneurs, not for profit professionals, the younger professional, industry specific incubators, working mothers and mothers wanting to increase power and influence. |
