| Leader’s Forum ™ is a program designed by Corporate EQ that creates a circle of influence among leaders to enhance internal social capital and create a collaborative group learning experience for leaders within an organization. Leaders meet once per quarter to discuss business challenges and how to better manage and develop their teams. They receive training in one area of leadership that has been preselected by the leaders. The Leader’s Forum also includes executive coaching to reinforce training and a leadership practicum (peer mentoring) to apply skills and knowledge developed in the program by mentoring a peer within the group.

| The Corporate EQ Leader’s Forum is highly differentiated from other leadership programs. Leadership circles meet once per quarter for two and a half hours of leadership training relevant to the challenges of the participants. During the quarter, each participant receives individual executive coaching to reinforce the training. There is also a peer mentoring component that provides the participants with the opportunity to both mentor and be mentored. This unique approach helps participants transfer the skills developed in the program by developing a mentee. Leaders also receive insights and feedback from their assigned mentor. |

| Total Leadership |
|
| Total Leadership is a leadership program offered at the Wharton School of Business. This program consists of 6 modules designed to improve leadership effectiveness by integrating all areas of performance. Topics addressed include: vision, stakeholder communication, social capital, coaching for leaders and experimentation. The program involves coaching other members as peers in addition to having a mentor coach provided by Total Leadership. The process of Total Leadership culminates in a leadership experiment designed by the leader based on data and feedback received throughout the program. An important aspect of this program is collaborative learning and group coaching process. While engaged in the leadership program, leaders build internal social capital and relationships that are crucial to the overall success of the organization. Leaders gain insight about their leadership style and form a deep understanding of how leadership occurs in all areas of life-not just work.
